You will join our sales team that is responsible for scaling our Patient Growth solutions. We are always striving for a win-win-win scenario, where Opencare only wins when our practices are able to increase billings and collect more revenue from their insurance partners. We are a team of hungry, high achievers, always looking for ways to maximize our efforts.


 How will you help us get there:


 As a Salesforce Admin  at Opencare, you’ll be working closely with our Head of Sales, Account Executives and Business Development Reps to:


– Manage , generate reports from scratch and documentation within Salesforce (Lightning) and various third party platforms 

– Deep understanding of Salesforce (Lighting) with reporting and analysis experience

– Ability to identify the type of data needed to be able to create the report and present it to the stakeholders or sales team.

– Contributing to the Opencare Sales playbook and uncovering ways for the team to be more effective

-Managing multi-channel sales experiments via direct mail, phone and email in-person to improve our sales funnel

– Ensure accuracy of data in all third party platforms


You will also collaborate with other cross functional team members and departments to broaden your understanding of our business model and act as the expert in your assigned area of accountability

Skills and attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate:

– A strong understanding of a sales pipeline and the ability to anchor decision making around your sales strategies in data and making recommendations

– The ability to quickly pinpoint problems, objection handle, and come up with creative solutions to keep the action going

– Strong understanding of sales cycles, logistics around shipping, receiving and documentation

– Organization on both a micro and macro level

– Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong and order management

Bonus skills and attributes that will help you stand out:

– Knowledge of additional 3rd party softwares – postal services, salesloft and front facing dashboards

– You enjoy collaboration and you are used to working closely with other functions like Marketing and Customer Success to build feedback loops between Sales and the rest of the business

– You are naturally curious, and energized by working in an ambiguous environment
