As a Product Trainer on the Client Education team, you’ll support our clients in their education journey and programs. Your role will be vital to deliver impactful product training to drive adoption across our new and existing clients. Under the leadership of the Manager of Client Education, the Product Trainer is responsible for the design and development of online client content. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design and develop product training to add to our overall offering. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who is comfortable leading interactive instruction, building training content from scratch, updating existing content, and supporting our growing education programs. What You’ll Do

– Become an expert in our product, value proposition, and best practices to effectively articulate and support client product training

– Support client education by building new and continuing to develop and update existing training content

– Manage client training workflows at varying levels of the client journey

– Build training and learning sessions using appropriate training methods, tools, software programs and strategies

– Evaluate training effectiveness and device strategies to incorporate feedback into training curriculum and sessions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

– Define and document learning objectives in conjunction with subject matter experts and defined competency maps

– Develop and review existing content and work collaboratively with subject matter experts to design the overall structure of the online learning program

– Develop assessments, interactive exercises, videos, lesson plans, etc. as components of blended programs

– Bring strong technical writing, editing, graphic design, and eLearning design skills

– Well versed in Adult Learning Principles, Educational Technology, and Training

Education and Experience:

– A post-secondary diploma or degree in instructional design, education, or a related field

– 5-10 years’ experience working in eLearning content development, or related role

– Experience managing disparate resources, multiple work streams, and complex technical interactions

– Independently proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional, with demonstrable Mac suite skills, specifically Keynote

– Proficient with graphics and video applications

– Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and Learning Management Systems

– Experience with course development in a SaaS environment and/or corporate software training and a passion for building program content and converting to online learning and training simulations
