As an experienced and results-driven People Operations Business Partner, you will work directly with the organization’s senior leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports our organizational goals. Reporting to the Team Lead, People Business Partners, you will be responsible for aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs, aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, planning strategic HR initiatives, designing succession plans, and maintaining staff relations.

 

Responsibilities:

– Consult with department leaders and provide daily HR guidance.

– Analyze employee trends and metrics with the HR department.

– Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

– Resolve complex employee relations issues; perform E/R intake and investigations (escalate as needed).

– Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

– Provide HR policy guidance; educate both current and prospective employees on company policies regarding job duties, working conditions, safety, wages, career advancement opportunities, employee benefits and programs etc..and recommend changes.

– Identify training needs for teams and individuals and assist with training initiatives.

– Suggest new HR strategies and participate in continuous improvement of department and HR related processes.

– Administer employee terminations and transfers.

– Administer performance management programs and compensation.

– Ensure effective exit interviews and provide management with analysis and recommendations.

– Operate with autonomy and discretion.

– Provide general information and assistance internally and externally.

– Support a 24/7 environment that has multiple shifts and a significant staffing ramp during our fourth quarter.

– Complete other duties and projects as assigned.



Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university or equivalent experience.

– 4+ years of specific human resources business partner experience.

– Experience supporting hourly and part time employee client groups.

– Demonstrated experience managing and leading employees.

– Proficiency with HRIS Systems, especially Workday.

– Human Resources experience with companies supporting 1000 or more employees.
