What your day-to-day will look like:

– Self prospecting

– Researching lead personas through multiple channels (social, professional networks, news articles) in order to create an engaging and thought-provoking outreach

– Building custom communication plans for targeted personas

– Constantly optimizing results based on what’s working and what’s not

– Formulating a plan of attack for your week which consists of emails, calls, loom videos, Linkedin, and Twitter messaging

– Utilizing the Playbook (scripts) to educate and qualify leads

– Transferring the interested and qualified leads to the Mid-Market Account Executives on your team

– Immersing yourself in industry knowledge to become a subject matter expert for your customers

You will thrive if you:

– Have 0-2 years of experience in a sales environment

– Are brave, authentic, humble, and relentless

– Have a creative approach to cold outreach

– Have a custom approach to each prospect that you encounter

– Can think ‘outside of the box’ and come up with solutions

– Are eager to learn sales methodology and improve sales acumen
