We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading Parity’s marketing efforts across North America. We are looking for someone who can play a leading role in developing Parity’s branding, messaging, and market positioning to help fuel the next round of growth for the company. You’ll be working directly with the executive team as well as Parity’s third party marketing and communications firm. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a full spectrum of marketing activities and build on the considerable reputation that Parity has already established.  We are looking for a self starter with aspirations to take a major step forward in their career!


– Manage and coordinate campaigns and day to day activities with Parity’s third party marketing and communications firm.

– Work closely with the Managing Director and CEO to understand the customer journey; develop user personas and craft targeted marketing collateral and digital assets

– Support brand awareness and lead generation through targeted events, webinars and other activities

– Work closely with the sales team to implement client feedback into marketing activities as well as to set up outreach campaigns to nurture longer term prospects   

– Create infographics and marketing material to convey complex information and data in an easy to consume way

– Identify effective strategies to communicate key differentiators in Parity’s technology and service offering 

– Identify and secure strategic PR opportunities for the brand and leadership team in conjunction with third party firm

– Manage schedule and logistics for in person events that Parity will be attending and/or exhibiting at. 

– Monitor and track marketing/sales campaign performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaign tactics based on quantitative and qualitative data

– Establish testing strategies to optimize programs and performance

– Develop internal tools, including Salesforce, to manage and track marketing activities

– Work with Customer Success to leverage client success stories

– Accountable for producing as well as managing digital content and copy for website, blog updates, newsjacking and social media

– Manage organic search and paid marketing 


– 2-5+ years of relevant experience

– Experience building effective marketing programs and reporting on results 

– Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

– Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

– Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

– Exceptional project management skills, including an ability to take inputs from a variety of internal and external sources and maintain up-to-date documentation

– Comfortable with marketing and sales technology platforms (Eloqua/Marketo/Hubspot; SalesForce), with the demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly. Enough experience to make informed recommendations and lead implementation of new tools and technologies as needed

– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

– Experience with WordPress is preferred

– Highly organized with the ability to identify and optimize processes

– Candidates with experience in the clean energy, energy efficiency or real estate fields is strongly preferred.
