We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist that will play a key-role in helping us build our creator community and fuel our influencer marketing efforts. As a member of the Growth Team, you’ll identify the right influencers and creative partners and own end-to-end stakeholder communication and project management for maximum business impact.

The Opportunity

– Work with the Paid Ads team to strategically identify talent to grow paid ad content library in order to support marketing programs 

– Partner with the organic social team as a secondary stakeholder, finding creator opportunities and synergies for our organic channels and fuelling the creative pipeline

– Support with influencer and creator administrative duties, including sourcing and recruitment of new potential partners, onboarding, influencer communications, data exporting, and contract negotiations

– Develop, track, and maintain influencer and creator databases 

– Manage Kt product seeding and gifting program, leading vendor and input sourcing, packaging, and shipping

– Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of all influencer campaign activities to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables

– Analyze & report on the performance to inform future partnerships


– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or relevant field 

– Minimum 3 years of work experience at a PR agency or an in-house influencer team.

– Experience in influencer and ambassador platforms (ex: Grin, Tagger, etc) is preferred

– Demonstrated understanding of the influencer marketing landscape in both the Canadian and US markets; you know what great influencer content and results look like

– Highly organized, with experience in project management tools and methods

– Excel at cross-functional stakeholder communication and management; comfortable creating effective creative briefs to onboard new collaborators

– Strong time management and prioritization skills; the ability to remain proactive, and keep stakeholders accountable for any deliverables required for launches 

– Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive
