We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team and run acquisition, activation and retention experiments to optimize our patient journey.

Reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll collaborate very closely with Marketing and Engineering. You will also have the opportunity to gain insights from everyone across our small and scrappy team, including the Founders, Clinicians and Customer Experience.

We have a preference for people based in Calgary (where we have an office), but are also open to remote candidates in Canada.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

– Working closely with Data, Marketing, Design and Engineering to plan and execute experiments to optimize acquisition, activation and retention flows in the product

– Using both quantitative data and user interviews to form hypotheses around drop-offs

– Running cross-functional brainstorming sessions with Design to rapidly generate ideas for experiments

– Prioritizing the backlog of experiments to form a Growth roadmap for both the Freddie product and for our next new vertical to be launched early 2022

– Working closely with Engineering to rapidly iterate on solutions, run AB tests, and report on experiment performance

We need someone who:

– Has 1-3 years of relevant Product, Growth or Platform PM experience at a tech company

– Has excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbally

– Has solid data reporting and analysis skills (Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics); even though you will have access to a Data Scientist as we scale our team, you know what should be measured and how

– Is data-driven and obsessed with optimizing funnels and running experiments to test your own assumptions

– Is not afraid of moving fast and breaking things, but that doesn’t mean you’re reckless; you’re thoughtful about where you take risks and can act quickly and decisively when experiments inevitably go awry

– Is naturally curious and able to empathize with users’ pain points

– Can think holistically about the user experience, and strategically plan experiments to have long-term impact

– Is an effective communicator who loves collaborating with and leading a fast-moving team

– Is reliable, self-motivated and has a strong attention to detail

– Is comfortable with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment, and sees it as an opportunity for personal growth

It would also be great if you:

– Have prior knowledge of SQL; you’ll have the opportunity to learn it on the job if you’re looking to develop a new skill!

– Have experience with acquisition channels such as SEM/SEO

– Have familiarity with working in healthtech or at other early stage startups
