Think Research is looking for our next Director of Technical Integrations. Reporting to the CTO, the Director of Technical Integrations will lead and manage the technology strategies of our growing portfolio of companies. In this role you will work closely with the CTO to assess the needs of newly acquired companies and identify impacts of new technology initiatives while developing detailed implementation plans to help ensure the strategic rationale of technology investments. You will be instrumental in continuing to accelerate our market leadership position and will work closely across the organization to ensure strategic alignment and world-class execution. You will be responsible for the “Why-What-How” and will own decisions from product innovation and strategy to the technology enabling it.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

– Manage the strategic product and technology integrations of our subsidiaries and help determine the feasibility and roadmap of implementing recommendations

– Develop, coordinate, and evaluate technical product integration projects, including budget development/management, building the project plan, coordinating the plan to completion, and evaluating the success

– Understand technical integration requirements and provide business context support as required

– Responsible for product value/plan articulation and evangelism

– Interact and communicate effectively with C-Suite level executives

– Work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams on business analysis for scoping and documentation

– Drive product integration plans to success by ensuring they are supported and and on-track with their requirements

– Provide sales and marketing support when promoting integrated services

What You Will Bring:

– Computer Science degree or equivalent (Master’s degree highly preferred)

– 5+ years of product management or engineering experience

– 5+ years of management consulting experience preferred

– Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation

– Experience/knowledge of a software programming environment preferred

– Knowledge of product development and product life cycles

– Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

– Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices

– Able to take on many roles in a growing, entrepreneurial company environment

– Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains a positive attitude

– Excellent time management and organizational skills

– Ability to coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

– Strong business acumen and financial literacy

– Build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team

– Possess an eye for detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
