What your day-to-day will look like:

– Becoming an expert on Clearco’s platform, our services, and the financial industry

– Supporting founders that are beginning to scale their business by helping them secure funding and informing them of all the benefits of being a Clearco customer

– Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests through live chat, email, and phone

– Communicating updates, outcomes, and/or resolutions with our customers

– Proactively reaching out to customers that may need assistance with the Clearco platform

– Assisting customers with the selection of Clearco’s products and services

– Working closely with the leadership and other internal teams to ensure that you are up-to-date on upcoming product releases and industry trends

– Identifying and closing any knowledge gaps with the Customer Success and Knowledge leadership team

You will thrive if you have:

– 1-2+ years of experience in a customer success, support, or service role 

– Superior verbal and written communication skills – you are able to have conversations about different financial terminologies with our teams and translate that same information to your grandparents!

– Exceptional customer service skills – you have the ability to navigate through conversations with professionalism while maintaining a calm and empathetic demeanour at all times

– Demonstrated initiative and want to continuously to improve processes – your voice will help drive improvements through our internal processes and systems as well as our customer facing platforms

– A passion for wanting to help build out the customer experience function for Clearco

– Previous experience working with customers in a SaaS environment (considered a strong asset)

– Previous Salesforce experience (considered an asset)
